March 20th, 7:21 PM EST marked the vernal equinox. Today is the first official day of spring and it is raining and windy. Good thing hyacinths and daffodils are readily available for a few dollars at every corner market.
Next year I want to be in Chichen Itza at the Pyramid of Kukulkan, to see the illuminated serpent slithering down (below).
