I finally started a new sketch journal in a bright chartreuse moleskin.  Thus far it has tidbits from my philosophy course, pressed Nasturtium 'Alaska Mixed' leaves that I picked on Seneca St. and abstract growth module variations in ink, watercolor and gouache.

These are made in Brooklyn (surprise) by Jes Switaj and are available in many colors and designs including a larger-than-life centipede. I am hoping she will offer the Venus Flytrap (Dionaea muscipula) in a crimson red.
